I put in a JIRA issue for the problem above and Timothy Bish replied: HornetQ uses different destination names then the default one's used by NMS.Stomp which are ActiveMQ compatible. You can change them using wireFormat options on the client or change then in HornetQ configuration. Does anyone have an example on how to do this? I looked at the documentation and see how to configure timeouts and other properties of the connection but do not see anything related to wire formats.
