Set message expiration time use activemq 5.15.9

hello:
&nbsp;i have a question in using activemq 5.15.9. when use 
timeStamplingBrokerPlugin ,
&nbsp;When the message in the queue does not reach the expiration time, when 
you click the console to view the message content in the queue, the message 
will be expired directly and the message content cannot be viewed??Is this a 
normal phenomenon? Or is there a problem with the configuration
