So not deleted or anything... all straightforward.
That mailbox should have been created by an "insert into mailboxes"
within some transaction, and the transaction should contain "notify
mailboxes_updated", and the server that handles the login should react
to the notify by issuing a complex "select ... from mailboxes ...",
_before_ the "select ... from users" that retrieves x...@foo.bar from
users. Does all that happen that way in the logfile?
