Everything Charles & Willem just said. I guess you need to clarify what you mean by "TibCo" as they have hundreds of products. If you mean TibCo EMS which implements JMS then yes, the camel JMS component works great. If you mean RV then no I don't think there's currently an RV endpoint for Camel (though it'd be pretty trivial to create one if you're interested in helping).
