Is there a varible/setting to add were your config/pid is located?

for example.

config=${CONFIG-/tools/httpd/dvmk0023-Z5S-Secure/conf/httpd.conf}
pidfile=${PIDFILE-/tools/httpd/dvmk0023-Z5S-Secure/run/httpd.pid}

Something like that, only this doesn't work.
