No - or at least I don't believe so. FrontPage Server Extensions are no longer supported on platforms other than IIS, as far as I know: See http://www.rtr.com/fp2002disc/ I'm willing to stand corrected if there's a way to integrate the IIS FP server extensions into Apache.
