Thanks Niranjan, Barrie and Ron.

The use of sudo account is needed pretty much due to policies and security
restrictions. Though today finally my manager showed some willingness to
try out some repository manager and we will begin with the open source
edition of nexus. Ron, good to hear that you have used and are happy with
that version, it is  should serve our purpose.
