No, let’s start with a fresh user directory (go to About Box, see where
cache dir and user dir are defined, close NetBeans, and then on disk delete
the cache dir and user dir, then restart NetBeans).

After that, if the problem happens again, write back here and provide steps
to reproduce the problem.
