The cask pulls the .dmg package from the old netbeans.org site, and so clearly needs updating. The current version of (Apache) netbeans is published as a zip. Will it (and future versions) be made available as a .dmg? If so, I think the cask can be updated by with declarative changes (URL of the .dmg, version number etc.), otherwise it may take a bit more work.
