Good Afternoon,
Since I discovered OpenOffice.org's ability to connect to external databases, I have used little else. The ability to filter and sort is convenient and powerful, and I find it hard to live without.
I have just installed OpenOffice.org 1.9.100 here at the office and at home (both Windows 2000, and Fedora Core 3), and just started to experiment with its capabilities. Now to my question - in version 1.1, when I create a SQL query and run it, it returns my data nicely. I have found with version 2, that any data in a BLOB (MS SQL Memo [text]) is not returned. Is this the desired result? I would really like to be able to see all the data returned.
If this is something you could help me with, that would be wonderful.
