[users] Unsubscribing

[MacPherson, Doug E. (CA - Toronto)]

I have tried to unsubscribe to this service both automatically and by
sending the admin a note. Can someone please help me with the format of
the unsubscribe? The entry in the emails I receive looks like
"MacPherson, Doug E. (CA - Toronto) <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> ". I am
wondering if the format that the unsubscribe builds automatically is not
the same as in the subscription.
I used the automated approach and now I get the message that the user is
not found but I still receive the emails.
