2. You must send the unsubscribe request from the email account that
you want to remove. You will receive a confirmation from the listbot
that you must reply to in order to complete the removal.
3. Send a blank/empty email to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" from
the email account where you want to receive the list traffic. You will
receive a confirmation email from the listbot to that address to which
you must reply to complete the subscription.
4. There will be a short period when list traffic that was already
processed will continue to appear at the address you removed.
