I am a new user to OpenOffice and having a major problem in creating a 
document. I have a lot of experience with Microsoft WORD.

I am creating a user document and needed  to add screen shots from the 
application (<ctrl> ALT and PRNT SCRN). It added the screen shots beautifully. 
I saved seveal times through my session, Yet this morning when I bring up the 
document again, all of the screen shots are now just a border, with a graphics 
icon and a title for the graphics. I can click on the icon and can see the 
screen shot in the Graphics tab. I have tried everything to get the graphics of 
the screen shot to display in the document, but have not found it. I have also 
searched the documentation and could not find anything relating to screen 
shots. 

So, the question is:  How do I restore the graphics in the document of the 
screen shots OR tell me the recommended way to add screen shots?

P.S. I tried to add the  screen shot to the Draw tool. But I could not add the 
Draw file ouput to the document.
