Hi. I have a problem with pages numbers displayed in the index table. Simply, I just would like an offset to be applyed on the pages numbers in the index table, so that the number in front of a chapter in the index table be the same that the number of the page of this chapter(which has an offset of "-2").
For the moment, I have something like that : chapter 1..(is on the fifth page that has number 3 because of the offset = '-2')........5 (I would like 3 instead of 5) chapter 2..(is on the sixth page that has number 4 because of the offset = '-2')........6 (I woule like 4 instead of 6) Sorry my strange explanation.
