Hi, I'm Seamus Byrne. I have Open Office V1.1.1 installed on my computer.
I wish to download the latest version - V2. I've read that this can be installed alongside V1.1.1. During the installation procedure it's important that I maintain as many of my original settings as possible from V1.1.1. Is it better to uninstall V1.1.1 before installing V2? Or Is it better to install V2 over V1.1.1? Or Is it better to install V2 alongside V1.1.1, and, if so, can I safely uninstall V1.1.1 later? I only want to eventually have V2 on my computer.
