That error means, that you can not store your sieve scripts in your IMAP
server.
That is done when storing your preferences.
Did you configure your IMAP server with manage-sieve support?
If yes, did you provide the necessary authentication in
/etc/sogo/sieve.creds in form username:password?
If not you have to disable sieve support in SOGo by setting
SOGoSieveScriptsEnabled to "NO" and restart sogo.
