First I'd like to say: you're lucky, the last several times I posted
questions here I got nothing back... sigh.  Anyway onto the topic,
When I installed SP2 my wireless went wacky, on another box my cd
burner stopped working.  On the other hand, I also have the
SP2-integrated install CD and clean installs have been perfect.  I
really like the improvements.

The big issue with SP2 is application compatibility.  Lazy programmers
(you know who you are) have been taking short-cuts for years, some of
which have been found to be security holes.  With those holes patched
their programs no longer work properly, this is probably the biggest
reason for holding off on upgrading.  Many companies use applications
which they know will not run with SP2, obviously that's a problem for
them.
