Technically, the very original 128k Mac startup disks had a System file of "Version .97 14-Jan-84.". The Guided Tour disk that came with it came with 0.85, though it isn't normally accessible.
There was a page about a lot of very early stuff at http://school.anhb.uwa.edu.au/personalpages/kwessen/web/stories/EarlyMacStories.html , but it appears to be unreachable at the moment.
