If I recall correctly, the "rule of thumb" for whether a Mac had an FDHD (or "SuperDrive") was simply that if the desktop Mac (after the SE) had a BEIGE case, it also had an FDHD. All PowerBooks that had a built-in floppy did too, I believe.
