Scott, You're a genius!!!!!!!!
You are absolutely correct!!!! It never occurred to me to try sending without my headset. When I removed the headset and used the speaker phone, I got the same results as everyone else. So, the bug clearly exists with the headphones plugged in. I'm hoping that all those who said they could not produce the bug will attempt to do so with their headphones plugged in and then, perhaps, they will report to Apple. Thank you, Scott. I have conducted tests with and without headphones and I am using a pair of Bose headphones. I suspect the problem exists only with headphones unless someone has found something different.
