I added Spanish to the language rotor, if you haven't done that, I will tell you how. Go to settings/general/accessibility/voiceover/language rotor, Then select Spanish. Now, whenever you want to read something in Spanish, just use the rotor gesture, and when you find language, flick up or down to Switch languages.
