Hi, Yes I hate that. I wish there was a way to have vo tell you that your batter is low when your screan is locked. It is very annoing.

As soon as you do that, tap the Volume Up button a few times. If voiceover was down, this should bring it up to an audible level. 3. If you enabled the triple-click home option for Voiceover, try that. Take my advice, I don't use it anyway.
