Deployment tool - OpenSCManager

Hello, got a problem with the deployment tool. it finds the vnc on my 
computer, but the one next to it responds: OpenSCManager - Access 
denied. vnc is working, i can connect. what can i do to get the scan 
working? tried putting in credentials, but i'm not really sure which 
credentials are required? windows or vnc??
