A few weeks ago I mentioned that the installer on my copy of The Incredibles wouldn't work on OSX as promised.
Being a patient and kindly man, more so in my senior years, I sent a polite email to the support address provided in the instruction leaflet. A reply came back that they were the US-Canadian distributors, and I should approach the Australian ones. Thus corrected, I sent off another email, then another, then another. There were no replies to any of them. New computer software comes with all sorts of dire warnings saying things ³If you open the package you give up all your rights.² Undeterred I rang the manager at Big W Spearwood yesterday and told him of my experience. He was sympathetic and couldn¹t have offered better service. He said bring it back with the purchase receipt and have him paged. He would authorise a full refund. So I did.
