Thanks for the suggestions. What would be nice is an easy way to tell iTunes to insert a delay of choice between tracks rather than a crossfade. I'm one of those people who appreciates a few seconds of silent contemplation and anticipation between music tracks. Maybe one day someone at Apple will agree. Does everyone use iTunes, or are there viable alternatives for Mac users?
