Don't waste your money on insurance if you think it will protect you against theft. My daughter's iPhone 4s was stolen along with her handbag at a public swimming pool a few weeks ago. She had taken the precaution of "insuring" it, but upon making a claim she was told she was not covered because (and I quote) "she was not in control of the phone at the time it was stolen". Apparently this was somewhere buried deep within the fine print… Peter Hinchliffe Apwin Computer Services FileMaker Pro Solutions Developer Perth, Western Australia Phone (618) 9332 6482 Mob 0403 046 948 -------------------------------------------------------------------- Mac because I prefer it -- Windows because I have to. -- The WA Macintosh User Group Mailing List -- Archives - <http://www.wamug.org.au/mailinglist/archives.shtml> Guidelines - <http://www.wamug.org.au/mailinglist/guidelines.shtml> Settings & Unsubscribe - <http://lists.wamug.org.au/listinfo/wamug.org.au-wamug>
