Pat, you told us the problem was identified as being your ID and password to 
log on to your computer. That is not the same as your Apple ID password. Your 
computer ID and password should be entirely separate from your Apple ID and 
password. Two separate and different IDs and passwords.

It’s still confusing for us to work out how to help when we don’t have clarity 
about your problem.
