If you're confident we'll have the volunteer labour to do sorting, then a hidden category along the lines of [[Category:2013 Wiki Loves Monuments articles not yet categorised]] would be useful - remove when categorised, or indeed remove automatically when using catalot. It's what I've done for past bulk uploads.
