When I opened the message, I found that Bernie Cosell had written:

I'm not the only one having this problem, it seems.
No, not trying to send as an attachment.
Let's say that I open a picture by clicking on it. Then right click. It then
opens
a dialog box and I click on send to. Then if I click on "email recipient" I
can't
add anyone. If I click on "Pegasus Mail" (which is my email client" it opens a
blank message and attaches the picture. That's no easier than simply adding
an attachment manually. That isn't a problem, but I was just wondering why
the "email recipient" selection didn't work.
