We don't really want to do that. The idea is that a test should depend
only on the .c file it's defined in. That's also why eg. the code to
initialise a D3D device is duplicated everywhere.
Ok. In the following test headers are extern functions:
dlls/dinput/tests/dinput_test.h
dlls/dsound/tests/dsound_test.h
dlls/winmm/tests/winmm_test.h
so i thought it's fine. Should we remove them?
