Hmmm, I picked that picture because he had a safety belt on................not a full harness like I would like to see but there is a strap around the ladder. I wish I could get some pictures of those guys with full harnesses on. I have seen several unsafe pictures so far. I guess they do things differently in Louisiana........argh.
