4.10 is now the stable. (4.1 is nine revisions prior to 4.10 in MTs numbering) Takes a while for it to get through the distribution channels, so many are coming in with 4.5. I had some come in last week with 3.23, so it depends on how many the distributor ordered and what the demand has been.
