The hope is that possibly someone happens to know who put the link in.
I realize its a long shot. I hit up the corporate sale store in the
area, the wireline clecs techs, etc. Ive got permission to go to one
of the main sites in the county and will be doing a up close SA of the
tower group that I suspect one end of the link is at. The land owner
at the other end has not co-operated as yet and I do not expect them
to. I will keep hunting till I find the right people.
