Tune works but Tx does not. the messages look right.
There have been reports that using Tune and Transmit in the same cycle
leads to silent audio. Try waiting longer after clicking Tune (or not
clicking Tune at all).
I am convinced that this is triggered by using the tune button as a toggle.
If tune is terminated by using the 'Halt TX' button it does not happen.
This bug has been around a while and discussed many times on the list.
