If you run rigctld with "--vfo" it should work.

I am using a FT-991A and I am running rigctld-wsjtx to allow different apps to
access the radio. WSJTX is set up with a rig of Hamlib Net Rigctl with Rig
Operation set to split. When I revert back to 2.3.0 , VFO-B does get updated
correctly. I am using Linux on a Raspberry Pi.
