Saulo, I will disappoint you. I had the same problem last week. Exactly the same report. For some reason these two folder became inaccessible. They are in the / but you can't manipulate them. I couldn't find any way. The only think that helped was ( unfortunately ) new installation. And after finishing the installation backup both folder immediately.
