could have mentioned this in my previous post, but there are numerous uses of the phrase "poky" in, for instance, the yocto reference manual that need to be scrapped.
as one example, toolchains that used to be untarred under /opt/poky now appear to belong (more reasonably) under /usr/local. references to toolchain commands like "arm-poky-linux-gnueabi-gcc" should now be (in the case of an arm toolchain) "arm-oe-linux-gnueabi-gcc". what used to be "/opt/poky/environment-setup-i586-poky-linux" is now some form of "environment-setup-armv5te-oe-linux-gnueabi". you get the idea -- lots of "poky" removal to be done. rday -- ======================================================================== Robert P.
