Resolution: Fixed
Because we add all the types in order to create the typeMapping first. A struct
was been created for each exception type. Exceptions should only be created if
referenced from the Fault message type and if so then they will overwrite the
original placeholder of the struct and if not referenced from a fault message
it will remain a struct.
