Apache Legal does not usually review releases. Since this is our first
release, the Incubator PMC will probably go through our distributions
with a fine tooth comb.

I think you should call for a vote.
Does anybody know if it is required for release packages to get
reviewed by Apache Legal before we vote on it or will it happen during
