yes, it should be raised with railway board commercial section or with CCPD or department of disability afairs. vande bharat is a premium train service. we don't demand concession but we demand attention. I also traveled 2-3 times in vande bharat and faced simillar issue specially while returning from toilet to your seat in AC chair car. that is the reason I prefer to travel in regular trains.

points in mind.

    quota in seat booking for Vande Bharat.
