Following is the order of scripts I load
               <script
src="~/.bin/node_modules/core-js/client/shim.js"></script>

                <script
src="/.bin/node_modules/zone.js/dist/zone.js"></script>

                <script
src="/.bin/node_modules/reflect-metadata/Reflect.js"></script>

                <script
src="/.bin/node_modules/rxjs/bundles/Rx.umd.js"></script>

                <script
src="~/.bin/node_modules/@angular/core/bundles/core.umd.js"></script>

                <script
src="~/.bin/node_modules/@angular/common/bundles/common.umd.js"></script>

                <script
src="~/.bin/node_modules/@angular/compiler/bundles/compiler.umd.js"></script>

                <script
src="~/.bin/node_modules/@angular/platform-browser/bundles/platform-browser.umd.js"></script>

                <script
src="~/.bin/node_modules/@angular/platform-browser-dynamic/bundles/platform-browser-dynamic.umd.js"></script>

                <script
src="~/.bin/node_modules/@angular/http/bundles/http.umd.js"></script>

                <script
src="~/.bin/node_modules/@angular/router/bundles/router.umd.js"></script>

Since I use plain javascript and shim.js I don't need polyfill. Please post
a sample angular2 routing and navigation application for javascript.
