I think with this groups help I have made progress today. After doing the Apache::ASP install into perl 5.6 my hello world asp works with the .htaccess file described earlier.
Now I'm trying to get my real asp's to work. I moved this group of asp's here from a working Linux Apache ASP server at ABZMedia.com.
