[Assp-test] Empty folder created on startup

At some point soon after ASSP starts a folder is created in the main 
assp folder. It's named "dbe254..." looks like it's over 60 characters 
long. It's empty - I never see anything in it. I can remove the folder 
but it's always re-created. What is this?
