Jeg lavede en mørk hvedeøl som forsøg på julebryg i efteråret.
Jeg brugte 4 gram grannåle pr liter og der har ikke været nogle ubehagelig eftersmag tværtimod.
Og det havde været frøset ned siden forår uden problem.
God fornøjelse og god brygning
