Without doing the research before asking, there was the UCSD p-System Pascal for IBM PC which came out very early in the history of the IBM PC. It was not very popular.
In the original 5150 launch (August 1981), the operating systems announced were availability of PC-DOS and/or UCSD P-System, and CP/M-86 was "coming soon".
