4 weeks was too early and likely illegal for him to leave his mom:-( I wouldn't worry a bit at this point about the ears. It is perfectly normal for some to be up and some not by now. I wouldn't worry till he starts hitting the one year mark. Also, don't be surprised if one day you find his ears standing straight up...and the next day back down again! lol 'Marsha
