I always thought it was illegal to tax church activity regardless of
their politics.
This decision could be reversed without a doubt; and this is how bad the
IRS is.
One year on a form, and this got me into a bit of trouble....the form
said I could deduct my taxes.....and I did - but I deducted the federal
taxes I paid, and got away with it for a couple of years only because, I
had answered the questions honestly......however when the experts found
out what I had done, they went after me for back taxes, but at the same
time, showed me how to save money.....so we broke even.
