We don't actually have a requirement for that in any case. We require someone
in the project know who you are (which I think is a definite minimum standard
we need to maintain), but there is a process for becoming a member of the
project without publicly disclosing your identity. For non-members whose
contributions are sponsored, we have no requirement even for that.
