The FOSS licenses give you the right to share the SRPMS, sans the Red Hat trademarks. Red Hat's terms of use for their subscriptions state explicitly (in several places), that: [...] This Agreement establishes the rights and obligations associated with Red Hat Products and is not intended to limit your rights to software code under the terms of an open source license. [...] So, unless you have some specific and verifiable examples, please stop spreading FUD.
