If you have only a core file you know build-ids dumped there but not NVRAs.
build-id -> NVRA mapping was provided by
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Darkserver
but currently it AFAIK does not work. Besides that even Koji clears the
builds pretty soon. These issues are addressed by ABRT servers.
